Recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp Soy
2 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Dash of Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and then mix well with a whisk.

2. Turn the heat on high and bring to a boil, making sure to stir occasionally.

3. Boil the mixture for 1 minute.

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until thickened.

5. Simmer on low until thickened. This can take 5-15 minutes.
6. Let the Eel Sauce cool completely before using.

Serve drizzled over sushi and enjoy!
