Recipe
Ingredients for Cinnamon Butter
1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Pinch Salt

Directions for Cinnamon Butter
1. Place a medium bowl on the counter, then add whisk attachments to a hand mixer.
A Cuisinart Food Processor with the blade attachment works just as well for this recipe. However, a hand mixer works just as well when the items for a Food Processor are in the dish washer.

These are my favorite bowls! They have a silicone base that helps keep the bowl still while whisking ingredients inside of it.

2. Dice the butter into 1/4-inch cubes and then add them to the bowl.
Make sure the butter has rested to room temperature before starting this recipe.
Trying to mix cold butter is pointless, as it will just clump together, so make sure it is room temp.

3. To the butter, measure and then add the 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

4. Measure and then add the honey to the bowl.

5. Measure and then add the 1 tsp Cinnamon to the ingredients in the bowl.

6. Use the whisk attachment on a hand mixer to blend all of the ingredients in the bowl.

7. Measure and then add a pinch of salt to the Cinnamon Butter and then mix again to combine.
Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients down during mixing.

8. Store the Cinnamon Butter in an airtight container.
This Cinnamon Butter can be stored on the counter for up to 4 days, then keep it in the fridge.
